Financial Analyst

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field plus 24 months of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered, Investment Banking Associate, Investment Banking Analyst, or an investment banking or private equity investing related occupation. Experience must include: 1) financial modeling, 2) market research, 3) conducting due diligence processes including impact of leverage on a deal, repayment options, sculpting and sizing debt, forecasting, tax equity sizing considerations, depreciation, and outputs required for investment/financing decisions, 4) executing project finance transactions in infrastructure, power, and energy sectors, 5) evaluation of potential transaction opportunities and developing energy generation calculations, 6) drafting and preparation of transaction investment memoranda for internal committees, 7) drafting and negotiation of transaction term sheets and legal documents, and 8) financial analysis of company and project information.
