Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning.
- Variance Analysis: Identify key drivers of variances between actual and forecasted results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in cost accounting; 3-5 years.
