Are you an analytical thinker with a knack for numbers and a passion for finance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Permanent Financial Analyst in the FP&A department. This role will immerse you in the dynamic world of financial planning and analysis, giving you the chance to make a significant impact on our company's financial future. You will work closely with various departments, providing financial insights, budgeting support, and forecasting analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of accounting experience, a strong understanding of financial principles, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst, FP&A, you will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Analyzing financial data and creating financial models for decision support to evaluate the financial feasibility of projects and initiatives.
3. Providing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and variances.
4. Collaborating with various departments to understand and monitor key business drivers, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
5. Identifying potential areas of cost savings and efficiency improvements, and making recommendations to management.
6. Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, and adhering to all financial regulations and standards.
7. Participating in special projects, preparing ad-hoc reports, and providing financial expertise as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
4. Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
5. Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
7. Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in work output.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
9. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation would be a plus.
