Position Summary of the Financial Analyst: The Financial Analyst will report to the Director of Finance and will directly assist with financial management, guiding Finance, Budget, and Risk Management operations. Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:
- Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Analyze financial data trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
- Assist in development in budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted performance
Position Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- 2 years of related Finance experience
