MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Collect data and conduct preliminary market research on potential projects in Central Texas real estate investment areas; - Monitor the developments and economic trends in the real estate market by collecting and analyzing financial and business-related data from available real estate industrial reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources to identify opportunities and assist in strategy development; - Design and create data analysis models/proforma to analyze financial data in order to forecast investment and economic conditions and evaluate potential real estate investment projects. Conduct market research on potential projects in real estate investment areas; - Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on the financial status and risks of the companys existing projects and potential projects; - Conduct due diligence in prescreening potential real estate projects; interpret data on price, stability, potential investment risk trends, economic influence, and other various factors that may affect the investment projects, in addition to preparing memoranda for the companys managerial decisions; and - Participate in contract negotiations and preparation of plans of actions for investment purposes.
