Immediate need for a talented Financial Analyst II . Pay Range: $28- $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Data reconciliation and processing.

Work with internal BTS clients.

Ad-hoc reporting.

Participate in the support of end to end FP&A support for BTS forecast, budget and monthly financial support.

Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.

Demonstrates effective communication and analytical skills.

Meeting deadlines and managing multiple deliverables.

Accuracy in work product.

Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, and future trends in investment risks.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

2 years financial analyst experience is required.

Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, X-lookup, pivot tables, sumifs minimum).

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline is preferred.

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Basic ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.

Basic knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.
