Financial Analyst/ Accounting Manager

• Significant experience required in Manufacturing Plant and Complex Accounting experience, including supervisory experience to manage a team of accountants and/or a complex process that interacts with multiple individuals outside of the department. Knowledge and experience of Finance systems and tools - Oracle, Bolt, JDE, Planful, HFM would be great.

• Performing and/or overseeing highly specialized accounting work required to maintain the company's general ledger, resolving complex accounting issues resulting from routine and non-routine accounting transactions.

• Reviews general ledger entries, account reconciliations, internal and external reports, schedules and statements.

• Reviews existing internal controls on a regular basis and develops new internal controls as necessary and implements new accounting standards.

• Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures. (Important)

• Experience with JD Edwards and Planful is a plus.

Experience:
At least 8-10 years accounting manager/plant controller experience in manufacturing industry.

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
