We have an immediate contract position with one of our direct client.

Title:

Pay Rate: $35 $37/Hour on W2

Contract duration : 1 year

Location : Rosemead, CA 91770 (Hybrid position in the office 2 days a week (Tue, Wed), option to work remote from home the other 3 days of the week)

Day to day responsibilities -

Managing a lot of different collateral - cash, credits, escrow etc. - $2-3B worth of financials processing

Working and supporting internal Operations units

Administrative requests & administrative edits, amendments, processing

Usages of CRA - credit risk system

Processing financial mail , scanning, filing documenting.

Reviewing the language and financials via mail bumping up against internal systems

Risk operations - providing operations support

In support of market calculations

Reconciling

Processing Clearing house statements

Special projects and assignments as needed

Required Skills :

SAP exp

Proficient within Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

Importing data

Data management , internal and external data

Running reports

Experience with queries

Someone with a can do attitude

Open to continuous coaching & feedback

Someone who can manage time effectively to meet operations deadlines

Multitasking

Tight deadlines

Help with processing payments

Attending margin calls

Preferred degree - not hard requirement

Team of 6, this role will have a partner they are working directly with

Prefer candidates with - banking, financial, utility, medical backgrounds
