OVERVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements, identifying and addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Financial Accountant maintains and reconciles general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Provide support to the AP and AR functions as needed to streamline processes and maintain financial control.
- Financial Accountant leverages your expertise in Sage 100 or other ERP software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Utilize your advanced Excel skills, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables, to analyze data and create meaningful financial reports.
- Be a versatile team player, willing to assist in various accounting tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the department.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting roles, ideally with manufacturing exposure.
- Proficiency in Sage 100 or similar ERP software.
- Financial Accountant needs moderate to advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
