We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Accountant to join our high-performing finance team. This role will provide you with an opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing both our accounts payable and receivable, maintaining our general ledger, handling billing issues, and performing financial analyses. You will also be tasked with preparing and reviewing financial statements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers to contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

As a Financial Accountant, your duties will include:

1. Managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
2. Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger on a regular basis.
3. Handling billing issues, liaising with clients and suppliers as necessary.
4. Conducting regular financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and potential areas of improvement.
5. Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
6. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
7. Ensuring compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Providing support for financial audits.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, billing, and financial analysis.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
5. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
9. Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
