Overview of the Finance Manager role:
- Oversee capital projects - budgets, forecasting, track spending.
- Financial Reporting
- Working with Project Managers on ETC/EAC
Preferred Qualifications for the Finance Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree
- Construction / Education experience is a plus
- Advanced Excel Skills - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
