This is a newly created role.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the overall financial management of the company, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the management of internal control policies and procedures. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

As the Finance Manager, you will:

1. Oversee and manage the complete and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC regulations.

2. Utilize Workiva Wdesk for financial reporting and compliance needs, ensuring the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits, and annual budgets.

3. Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process to ensure a timely and efficient completion.

4. Develop and manage comprehensive internal audit programs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and to optimize financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.

5. Prepare proxy statements for annual shareholder meetings, and coordinate the company's response to auditor's comments and findings.

6. Be responsible for managing the company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant ESG regulations and standards.

7. Work closely with the internal controls team to identify areas of risk and implement effective controls to mitigate those risks.

8. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to guide strategic decision-making.

This will be an individual contributor role to start, with potential for direct reports later.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or related advanced degree is highly desirable. CPA is highly preferred.

2. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a Finance Manager role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

3. Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, cyber security and financial reporting.

4. Proficiency in using Workiva Wdesk or similar financial reporting software.

5. Practical experience in coordinating with external auditors and preparing proxy statements.

6. Solid understanding of ESG principles and reporting.

7. Proven experience in working with an internal controls team and implementing effective financial controls.

8. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

9. Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
