Finance Manager

This is a direct role with a prestige employer in the defense industry.
More details about the employer will be shared as you apply and connect with the recruiter. Responsibilities to Anticipate:
• Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.

• Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.

• Generate and submit required CDRLs, such as Contracts Funds Status Reports (CFSR) and Contractor Performance Report (CPR).

• Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others.

• Internal corporate reporting requirements such as revenue forecasts and Estimates at Complete (EAC).

• Prepare program review presentations for management and the end customer. Basic Qualifications:
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic.

• Typically requires 8+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years prior relevant experience.

• Experience in Program Controls and/or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).

• U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems

• An active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (SSBI) is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
