Hybrid role reporting Cliffs on Tues & Wed. Current duration expectation is 6 months with the potential for extension and/or FT hire for the right candidate. Logistics Process Analyst Process freight and accessorial invoices in CASS for payment to UL's 90+ Freight carriers. Assist in exception handling and correction for all carrier invoices received. Assist in building SOPs & documentation of all processes. Assist in evaluation of accessorial charges for validity and proper calculation of charges as needed. Assist in efficiently processing open items in the queue to ensure optimal aging. Assist in identification of process and system efficiencies and best practices, both in external processes but also for the CASS upgrade project scheduled to take place this year. Minimum skill requirements- I would say process mapping, invoice processing and understanding of transportation. The goal for this person to assist build our SOP documentation and take on some of the transactional work we have right now as we're moving towards an automation goal by EOY.
