RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE FINANCE COORDINATOR:
- The Finance Coordinator will help with accounts payable
- The Finance Coordinator will get authorizations, code invoices, and enter in computer system
- Assist with scanning and organization of paperwork
- Handle bank reconciliations for month-end
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE FINANCE COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Experience with accounts payable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Word/Excel knowledge
