In this position you will work closely with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis on providing financial analysis and administrative support for various strategic short- and long-term corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Finance Clerk:
Prepare division reports (monthly, quarterly) and presentations for senior management in preparation for the Board of Directors meetings; Ensure on-time delivery of commitments, content, and materials
Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for internal teams, offering prompt assistance regarding financial coding, reclassifications, and the processing of expenses or invoices
Conduct thorough reviews and audits of expense coding to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our financial records
Provide various transactional reports for Finance, Accounting, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain and uphold essential finance policies and facilitate transparent and consistent communication with staff, including but not limited to the Expense Policy and Credit Card Policy
Assist Finance and Accounting teams on various administrative tasks as required, such as vendor setup, collections, insurance support, and management
Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned

Requirements of the Finance Clerk:
Bachelor's degree in related field Finance, Economics or Accounting
1-2+ years of progressive corporate administrative experience and/or operational finance experience
Strong abilities in using advanced Microsoft Excel Tools, Database Management, etc.
Understanding of financial concepts, financial statement flows, and KPIs
Experience using/administering Workday Financial, preferred
Ability to communicate with high level executives and stakeholders effectively
Quick learner with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in high-level meetings and speaking/articulating financial concepts with individuals throughout the organization independently
Ability to document financial processes and procedures in a logical manner
Ability to work in-office and remotely according to our hybrid work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,569.98 - $62,556.98 per year
