Responsibilities

Drive the financial performance of our projects, utilizing your expertise in financial l management to maximize profitability a nd e efficiency

Manage budgets cost control measure project billings, receivables/payables, and contract related items.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations that support our continued growth in the commercial construction sector.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, working closely with our project managers, field supervisors, sales team and executive stakeholders to achieve excellence in the industry.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting related fields or extensive experience.

Proven experience as a Finance Associate or similar role in a construction environment .

Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Proficiency in financial / construction software and tools (e.g. MS Office, Textura, Spectrum, QuickBooks, Procore) to analyze data and generate reports.
