Responsibilities Support LMI in organizing documents in structured share point site; establishing file naming conventions; review, refine, and create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and establish briefing and reporting templates. Conduct research and provide findings in support of program's needs. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. Support the development and coordination of briefing packages and program newsletters Be an integral member of a program management team and, in successive rotations, accept increasing responsibility. Analyzing complex processes from an enterprise perspective. Assessing operations, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and developing solutions. Creating and presenting briefings to communicate findings and recommendations. Qualifications Current student enrolled at an accredited graduate or undergraduate program and in good standing. Pursuing a degree in business, finance, accounting, management, information technology or related discipline. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be available for 10-12 weeks starting in May/June 2024 Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Ability to be resourceful and self-sufficient. Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters. Ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment while maintaining high quality standards. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Perform general office duties, such as maintain paper and electronic files and databases, perform basic data entry, scan documents and save to network, prepare mailings, and deliver inter-office transmittals. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity or experience with SharePoint, authoring tools, and/or instructional design a plus Other Information: Interns will need to provide their own transportation to and from work and locate and arrange for their own housing. All intern positions at LMI are paid positions.
