Responsible for accounting, finance, and administration functions. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports. Manage companys financial accounting and reporting systems. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems. Recruit personnel and assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency. Preparation of annual budget. Responsible for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable. Liaison with statutory auditors and VAT auditors. Closely liaison and work with the audit team. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information. Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance. Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
The experience and education requirements are:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration and 3 years of experience
