Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in accounts receivable and payable management, as well as data analysis. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts Receivable Management (A/R):

    • Provide guidance for managing the A/R process, including improving collection processes and analyzing outstanding levels and days.
    • Maintain productive communication between customers and our accounts receivable function.
    • Recommend accounts for write-off and coordinate placement of delinquent accounts for collection.
  2. Accounts Payable Management (A/P):

    • Review supplier invoices for accuracy and validity.
    • Assess cash availability and review coding for proper classifications.
    • Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Data Analysis and Process Optimization:

    • Analyze data flow, function, and daily processing within the accounting department.
    • Support operations across multiple sites, companies, and currencies.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or CPA designation preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable and payable management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
