Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in accounts receivable and payable management, as well as data analysis. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our organization.
Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management (A/R):
- Provide guidance for managing the A/R process, including improving collection processes and analyzing outstanding levels and days.
- Maintain productive communication between customers and our accounts receivable function.
- Recommend accounts for write-off and coordinate placement of delinquent accounts for collection.

Accounts Payable Management (A/P):
- Review supplier invoices for accuracy and validity.
- Assess cash availability and review coding for proper classifications.
- Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.

Data Analysis and Process Optimization:
- Analyze data flow, function, and daily processing within the accounting department.
- Support operations across multiple sites, companies, and currencies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or CPA designation preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and payable management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
