Title : Field Support Technician
Location : Cleveland, OH 44113
Duration : 3 Months contract to FTE
Top must have Skills:
o Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
o Level 1 & Level 2 software support
o Backend office MS Office Support
o MS Intune
o Active Directory
o Remote management
o Incident Request Management
Resource's typical working day:
- Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
- Responding to tickets
- Providing Level 1 and potentially level 2 Support
- Maintaining office technology
- Front facing customer service
- Very high focus on customer satisfaction
