Field Supervisor

Apple Roofing is currently seeking a Field Supervisor for our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing roofing projects in the field. You will work closely with our roofing crews and ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing crews

Ensure proper installation of roofing materials and adherence to safety regulations

Conduct quality inspections and address any issues or concerns

Maintain project documentation, including material usage and labor hours

Manage customer relations and address any complaints or questions

Provide training and guidance to new roofing crew members

Requirements

Prior experience in the roofing industry

Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques

Leadership and supervisory skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

OSHA certification is a plus
