Job DetailsSupport our (OEM) equipment at customer sites by diagnosing and fixing technical issues with equipment. Monitoring equipment performance remotely as well as upgrading and maintaining equipment as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Field service and technical support experience
- Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment proficiency
- Flexibility for varying shifts and schedules
- Domestic travel availability (40%-50%)
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
- Technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams interpretation ability
- Safe use of hand tools and power equipment competence
