GEE Group has partnered with a leading provider of advanced industrial equipment solutions, that specializes in IR measurement devices and heat conductor rollers that soften steel.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join this company's dynamic team. This role involves traveling locally and regionally at first, with the potential for expanded travel as you grow in the position. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of large industrial equipment, specifically IR measurement devices and heat conductor rollers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IR measurement devices and heat conductor rollers.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage and best practices.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance) or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Previous experience in a field service or maintenance role, preferably with industrial equipment.

- Ability to work independently and manage travel schedules.
