Field Service Manager

J.P. Kempf is hiring an experienced Service Manager to help lead and grow our team.

Starting Salary of between $70,000 and $85,000 depending on experience.

Requirements

2+ Years of Field Service Management Experience (in the HVAC/R industry)

Ideal would be someone with experience on the commercial/industrial side

Must be highly customer-care oriented

Experience with Excel and full Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Must be proficient with managing service agreements, dispatching, and team planning
