Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support, maintenance, installation, and customer training services for TOMRA's cutting-edge recycling and waste sorting equipment. This role aims to ensure the seamless operation of TOMRA's solutions, maximize equipment performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Primary Job Functions

Install and modify equipment at customer sites ensuring full functionality per specifications.

Perform mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical tuning and setup.

Analyze and diagnose equipment issues independently, ensuring prompt resolution.

Troubleshoot machine problems through to resolution and conduct preventative maintenance.

Collaborate with engineering for process improvement and document work instructions.

Maintain customer relations by providing updates and identifying sales opportunities.

Contribute to continuous improvement and assist in training new engineers.
