Field Sales Rep

Our client, a leader in outsourced Payroll and HR Services, is looking to add several Field Reps to their office in Cherry Hill, NJ. This position offers:

Competitive base salary

Unlimited commission

Fully remote work (other than bi-weekly meetings every Monday)

Company laptop and mileage reimbursement

This role will:

Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory thru self-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities.

Profile and penetrate existing clientele in order to cultivate new revenue opportunities enhancing value for the client

Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers in order to further penetrate the market.

Create high impact presentations designed to depict and highlight the benefit of proposed solutions.

Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quota.

Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience in SaaS or B2B sales

Experience with (url removed) and other virtual selling tools such as Webex or GoToMeeting

Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License to be eligible for hire
