Business Development Manager 3PL (Tampa, FL)
$120,000 Base Salary, Hybrid opportunity - OTE $180,000 (uncapped, 11% commission no sunset on accounts)

My Client
An International 3PL (heavy footprint in the trucking world) , originally based out of the North East with offices globally. They are now looking to grow out from their Tampa, FL branch - with some flexibility for senior sales on WFH. My client prides themself on customer service so you will have no issue with maintaining business.
The Ideal Candidate will be?
- Minimum 5 years of Domestic Trucking and Air Freight Brokerage Sales experience.
- New business hunter.
- Experience working in a non-asset brokerage.
- Air Freight, Flatbed, FTL, LTL, Dry Van
- Proven track record of building/ managing a book of business over $80,000 GP.

Car allowance 500 a month - they will have a monthly entertainment allowance 1300 - paid and reimbursed every 2 weeks + fuel allowance - 100. medical 41k dental vision

As much of a culture fit - min 1 year or 2
1 day a week in the office (to go through meetings)
Customer events
Uncapped commission - the commission - account do not sunset - GP has to equal and exceeds 8x your monthly salary - 10% paid quarterly and calculated monthly- 1VP
looking for 1 - Denver office is in growth - open only for a year an half - 5 people
Company that is in growth mode - owner hasnt 20 years hanst changed the commission - all decisions are local - empower them to treat like franchise with a backing of corporate - uncapped
Target is to commissionable by month 13
1st year are on a intro program - gp is alot less for the first 6 months - double dip - they would get the full commission if hit targets that scales up each q
generate 1x their salary to earn commission
Training - Starts with sitting with OPS 2 Phase Sales seminars for Dom and Int Peer to Peer training
