The Opportunity As an experienced Field Project Manager, you will develop, create, document, and facilitate highly professional project plans to support the implementation of Roche products/services (analyzers, pre- and post-analytic instruments, middleware) that occurs in customer laboratories (IHNs/IDNs, reference labs, and hospitals). While this is a remote position, you will need to travel approximately 30% (including overnights) across the US. You should reside within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport in the US. As a Field Project Manager, you will: Design, gain agreement, communicate, and lead the execution of professional project strategies and plans for external-facing large diagnostic system customer implementations Plan, coordinate, and collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to secure and assemble resources/project team, outline work plans, assign duties, and identify responsibilities/accountabilities Champion the program/project throughout each implementation Conduct pre-purchase, order, pre-implementation, implementation, and post-project review meetings Recommend methods and develop policies and processes to improve area operations, processes, efficiency, and service Coach and mentor peers and junior level project managers Who You Are Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and work experience 5+ years of progressive industry/diagnostics product experience Preferred Qualifications Project management certification (PMP) and proficiency using in cloud-based project management or other cloud-based software Clinical laboratory knowledge/experience (Laboratory Information System, IT Middleware, lab workflow, lab processes, and implementation processes) Customer-facing experience and demonstration of successful stakeholder management Additional Information Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. Company car is not provided with this position. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $95,200 to $176,900. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
