Field Operations Technician

Job Description

As a Field Operations Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations, responsible for overseeing the dispatch of Custom Applicators and supervising mechanical work in our shop. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, experience operating self-propelled sprayers and row crop equipment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch Custom Applicators and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Oversee mechanical work in the shop, including repairs and maintenance of equipment.

Operate self-propelled sprayers and row crop equipment as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shop.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
