R- Description The Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead all IT Service Operations for a critical Army program. In this role, you will provide overarching direction, interfacing with the multiple customers, and the Leidos Program Manager, to meet all operational requirements. As Field Operations Manager, you will deliver world class information technology services to over 35,000 geographically dispersed customers at over 1500 sites. Additionally, you will manage a mid-size to large team consisting of highly talented professionals comprised of both Leidos and partner employees. Location: This role allows for 100% telework with up to 25% travel Salary Target: $132,000-$170,000 What will you do in this role? Direct day-to-day Field Services including job control, desktop support, help desk, routine requirements, technical refresh, personal wireless and overall customer service. Work with the site leads to ensure all work is prioritized, coordinated, documented and deconflicted to meet program requirements and key performance indicators. Develop weekly briefs to highlight mission accomplishments and shortfalls to both Leidos and the customer Hold daily internal synchronization meetings across Field Service teams to ensure technicians and team leads understand daily ticket priorities and workloads. Ensure all contract performance metrics are exceeded- metrics include response time, ticket closure time etc. Proactively review processes for gaps and inefficiencies, make recommendations to stakeholders to ensure exceptional service fulfillment. Coordinate with required personnel to ensure required number of assets are available on site to meet customer demand. Lead, direct, and review the work of team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. These are the required qualifications: BA/BS and 12+ years', or a Master's and 10+ years' experience or additional years of equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree Possess a current DoD Secret clearance ITIL 3 Foundation Certification Advanced knowledge and experience with desktop support and helpdesk principles 12+ years of IT support team lead background/ability Prior experience working with U.S. Army Corp of Engineers IT (ACE IT / USACE) environment These are preferred qualifications: 12+ years managing IT projects with emphasis on field service experience Familiarity with IT support for large, complex customer environments (30,000 + users) ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Original Posting Date: 2024-05-22
