Essential duties and Responsibilities
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Develop complete, close working relationships with key decision makers at target accounts.
- Lead Quirch Foods team (sales, logistics, marketing, purchasing, and merchandising) activities at assigned and targeted new accounts.
- Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activates and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
- Proposes and negotiates sales, pricing, and terms to the assigned accounts and to new customers.
- Analyze product purchasing options, including identifying best market pricing, supplier options, and conducting plant visits to ensure supplier compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or BA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Must have a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
- Must have accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Leadership/Financial/business analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
