FHA Repairs Coordinator
- Responsible for coordinating repair services for FHA client properties.
- Responsible for dispatching and communicating vendors to properties.
- Evaluating bids, monitoring work quality via photographs, and closing out jobs once completed.
- Responsible for communicating with clients, brokers, agents, HOA'S and vendors.
- Assist with client/customer requests.
- Communicate with national vendor to gain property information.
- Bid creation, negotiation, and evaluation.
- Communicate with insurance carriers and adjustors/ review claims and EOB.
- Must have FHA knowledge.
Requirements: - Knowledge of process and terminology in residential construction.
- Knowledge of HUD and FHA guidelines.
- Experience with RepairBase and XactPRM.
- Experience with p260.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software's.
