IHBT aims to prevent out-of-home placement or facilitate a successful transition back home, utilizing trauma-informed and resilience-focused approaches. The IHBT team member will work collaboratively with families, schools, courts, and other child-serving agencies to stabilize and improve behavioral health functioning in the child/adolescent's natural environment. Essential Responsibilities Provide comprehensive treatment and support to individual and families in need of intensive home-based services. Work in a team-based model with IHBT therapist with 8-12 caseload. Two person team with IHBT therapist to asses, plan, and implement treatment, safety, and crisis plans. Collaborate with external providers and team members such as schools, courts, and county agencies. Ensure individual and families have immediate needs met through coordination of treatment and finding additional resources as needed. Qualifications Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance. Clearances. State Police; FBI clearance; child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies. Working Conditions Physical Demands: Requires vision, speech, and hearing. Environmental Factors: Community, home. Working Hours: A non-traditional work schedule as defined by service needs.
