Family Therapist Adolescent Behavioral Health

Requirements: 1. Licensed in the state for which you applying as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW or Clinical Psychologist (WA). Will consider someone outside Seattle. 2. Experience in providing family therapy with adolescents and parents, preferably in a residential treatment setting. 3. Minimum of a Masters Degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, sociology, or psychology. 4. Willingness to be trained, supervised and provide services within the framework of Attachment-Based Therapy. 5. Trained and experience with trauma-informed treatment, preferred. About the job: Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday every other week. Carry a caseload of families designated as the point of contact for the family. Facilitate individual family and group therapies within the framework of the clinical model and Attachment-Based Family Therapy model. Facilitate new Parent Orientations Facilitate the Saturday Family Program, requiring a weekly or bi-monthly Tuesday-Saturday work schedule. Coordinate Clinical Director program scheduling and coordinating services for the clinical program. Meet with prospective family members to discuss the clinical family program. Responsible for the timely completion of clinical documentation Attend weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision.
