Job DescriptionPosition Summary: The Family Store Driver / Processor is responsible for picking up and delivering donated items and processing donated materials when time is available.
Essential Responsibilities:- Picks up, unloads, and delivers donations
- Provides excellent customer service with donors
- Maintains cleanliness of truck and ensures it is fueled, reporting any damage and maintenance needs to manager
- Process all merchandise efficiently and properly
- Price clothing per direction
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Education/Experience:- High school diploma or GED (preferred), or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Skills, Knowledge Abilities: Computer Skills:- Basic Computer operation knowledge
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
Certificates and Licenses: - Must have and maintain a current valid chauffer's license and pass the Salvation Army Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR)
- Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
