- Willing to wait for license
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- 6 - 10 patients per day in clinic, 8 - 12 patients per day in hospital, 5 deliveries per month
- Outpatient, OB, hospital and ER
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
