JOB DESCRIPTION:- Promotes continuity of patient care by interacting and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team including behavioral health and social services as appropriate.- May assume responsibility for day-to-day supervision of physician assistants/nurse practitioners.Flexible scheduling. The physician can work a schedule of choice with 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10 hour shifts.
