Compensation: $200,000 - $225,000

Requirements:
- Maryland licensed physician with an active DEA license andCDS registration.
- Minimum of two (2) years of primary care experiencepreferred, especially in a community health center setting.
- 3+ years of Electronic Medical Records experience.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle diversesituations.
- Demonstrated work record with good attendance,punctuality, and collaboration skills.
- Compassion for patients and sensitivity to diverse issuesaffecting well-being.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communicationwith staff, patients, and the community.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to physician effectiveness by addressingpatient care issues and implementing CMO directives.
- Assess patient health through interviews, examinations,and test result interpretation.
- Recommend diagnostic or therapeutic interventionsconsidering safety, cost, and efficacy.
- Document patient encounters accurately in the computerizedsystem.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, instruct and counselpatients on regimens and wellness.
- Provide continuity of care by developing patientmanagement plans.
- Engage in quality care/incentive programs, maintain a safeworking environment, and comply with legal and professional requirements.
- Follow established clinical policies, stay informedthrough workshops and publications, and participate in peer review processes.
- Promote clinic services through outreach and explore grantopportunities.
- Assist CMO in pursuing funding opportunities and attendmeetings.
- Provide patient-centered customer service, follow HIPAAguidelines, and perform assigned duties as instructed.
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
