Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Family Physician to support Harlem School District from its brand new near-site employer-sponsored health and wellness center opening this summer in Machesney Park, IL.


You'll treat individuals and families (ages 2+) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.


Role highlights include:

  • 40 hour per week position no on-call or weekends required.

As a Family Physician at Marathon Health, you'll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.


In addition to patient-care responsibilities , you'll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the center's staff, and you may be responsible for providing clinical leadership, assisting with training, and overseeing the quality of care at your health center.


  • Unrestricted medical license required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Must have primary care/family practice experience
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
