Family Nurse Practitioner
The Company: Our client is a growing Anti-Ageing clinic that currently specializes in Men s Health looking to expand in Family Medicine.
The Position : Our client is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner with Functional Medicine Experience to work specifically in a Men's Clinic.
- Up to $150,000 Depending on Experience
- Quarterly Bonus Structure

Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Current Illinois License Required
- BLS And ACLS
- Active DEA
- Must Be Able to Practice Independently
- Preferred Experience With Men s Hormone Therapy (TRT)
- Functional Medicine Preferred
- Experience in Endocrinology Accepted
- Willing to Train With The Right Candidate
Responsibilities:
- Tuesday Saturday (Half Day Saturday)
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Flexibility in Schedule
- 20 to 25 Patients Per Day (Adults Only)
- No Nights
