In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients in Kutztown and the surrounding communities. You will enjoy a diverse patient population and the opportunity to practice the full scope of Family Medicine, providing preventive care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and managing complex medical needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and consultations for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, both acute and chronic.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Provide preventative care services, including immunizations, screenings, and health education.

Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.

Collaborate effectively with nurses, other healthcare providers, and specialists to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Stay current on the latest medical advancements in Family Medicine.

Qualifications:

Board-certified (BC) in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).

Candidates coming out of residency training are strongly encouraged to apply.

A valid Pennsylvania Medical License (or the ability to obtain one) is required.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (preferred).

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
