•   Clinic hours:
•   Monday " Friday, 8:00 a.m. " 5:00 p.m.
•   Provider schedule: Flexible 5 days per week; no weekends or holidays
•   Physician will cover own call
•   Average outpatient vVolume: 15 " 20 patients per day
•   Telehealth offered
