We are seeking a part time to full time Family Medicine physician to work in a integrated care clinic located on the Western Slopes of Colorado.
ABOUT(4) 10 hour shifts
Sign on Bonus: $10,000
Relocation Bonus: $5,000

Prenatal experience is preferred but not required Outpatient only, no nights/weekends, no call

REQUIREMENTS
Has completed an ACGME accredited residency program in Family Medicine
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Current and unrestricted license as MD/DO and DEA license.
