Wonderful outpatient primary care clinics with multiple locations across Arizona such as Flagstaff, seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physicians to provide care to patients in their beautiful and friendly communities. Opening for OB/GYN as well. $7,500 sign on bonus, competitive pay and great comprehensive benefits package.
Family Medicine Physician Schedule:
- Week days, 5 (8) hour shifts or 4 (10) hour shifts
- Full-Time, Direct Hire Permanent position
Family Medicine Physician Requirements:
- Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine residency
- Be board eligible or board certified
- Have a preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
