Schedule: Can be flexible with assortment of days/hours to equal full time

Patients per day: 16-20 (roughly 2 per hour)
Patient Population/Age: 0-100 (must see all ages)
Department Description: Rural family practice clinic seeing mainly Medicare and Medicaid patients
EMR: eClinicalWorks
Special Procedures: Laceration repairs, Nexplanon, IND abscess, etc
Skills Required: must have documentation that they have performed special procedures

Requirements:
Board Certification: Board Certification Required, will look at truly Board Eligible applicants
License Required: CO state license, will look at licensing candidates as long as a timeframe is given
DEA: Yes, required
Certifications Required: BLS (can do onsite if they don t have), must be enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid
Minimum Experience Required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks
