Primary Care Openings in near Madison, WI Locations:- Monona, WI- Middleton, WI Position Details: - Full-time, permanent position- The practice offers primary and specialty care, including the busiest birthing center in Wisconsin.- Established team of 6 physicians and 3 Advanced Practitioners; Mix of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics- Established practice serving the Monona community- Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic- Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences- Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community- Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access - 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult inpatients- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities: - Average of 17-20 patients per day; no nights or weekends (Extended clinic hours 7AM-5:30PM)- 1.0 FTE = 36 Patient contact hours per week + administrative time- Shared call amongst the providers.
