Concierge Medicine Opportunity - San Francisco, CA Accepting IM and FM candidates with 5+ years experience About the Opening: - Full-time, permanent- MD/DO- Concierge medical practice (meaning, patient-focused, relationship-driven healthcare)- Start Date: within 6 months- Candidates must be Board Certified Compensation/Benefits - Salary range: $305K base, bonus commensurate on performance and paid as a percentage of revenues (some doctors make $350-$450K).- Nice benefits package with "gold plan" health coverage, vision/dental, and 401K with 4% matching component. About the Group: - Concierge medical practice - this means their patients pay a monthly fee to become members at the practice. As a result, patients get 24/7 access to their doctors, and the doctors can spend more time with each patient. - This is an opportunity to move away from the traditional insurance-based medicine and practice relationship-driven, patient-centered care within an existing concierge practice with dedicated patients. - Physicians are expected to conduct house-calls as well as office visits
