Family Medicine Opening - Plymouth, IN Located 26 to South BendJ1/H1b Eligible Position Details - Full-time, permanent- High-profile practice (off-site of hospital, outpatient Family Medicine - safety net clinic) with two physicians and one nurse practitioner. - OB-optional.- Primarily responsible to assess, evaluate and treat patients in the hospital/medical office setting, under the supervision and collaboration of a physician, by using advanced knowledge and skill to identify abnormal conditions, diagnose health problems, develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with or refer to a physician in the hospital/medical practice for further care management.- Will see patients of a variety of ages.- Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures may be performed.- Call 1:7 Compensation/Benefits - 240-260K + production- Student loan assistance- Relocation assistance provided in accordance with policy- Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail insurance- Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement benefits- 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000 for CME- $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships Requirements - ACLS, BLS- BC/BE- COVID Vacinnation About the Group - Network includes over 20 practice sites with over 70 primary care and specialist physicians - Non-profit, full service, multi-hospital health care system with three hospitals and multiple satellite facilities. - Located in North Central Indiana the network comprised of a 254-bed acute care hospital in South Bend/Mishawaka, a 58-bed acute care hospital in Plymouth, a 40-bed Rehabilitation Institute and 20 physician practices.
