Family Medicine opening in Dubuque, Iowa Tri-State border of Iowa, Illinois and WisconsinH1B Sponsorship Available Position Details: - Full-time, permanent position - 40 hours per week with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time built in.- Established Practice and Patient Panel- Competitive compensation and benefits package- Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well- X-ray and Lab on-site- Looking for flexibility to increase patient access- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination- Additional details by request from group- Average patients/day: 22-24- Provide Supervision of APPs- Pooled phone call triaged through my-nurse call center: 1 week on every 5-6 weeks- Additional call 4 weeks per year covering Pediatric Admitting at Hospital- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills- Strong leadership skills required to set the daily tone of the clinic- Dedication to highest tier of patient experience and quality metrics Qualifications: - MD or DO- Board Certified/Board Eligible- Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa- Eligible to work in the United States- Ability to work as a team member About the Group: A non-profit 900-member physician group practice serving 2,000,000 patients from 280 locations in Iowa and Illinois.
